How do I note my monogram?

Most monograms will be first ,LAST, middle initials. For example: Annie Marie Smith would be noted as aSm

There are some monograms that have all the letters one size which would then be noted in order for example AMS

There are also stacked monograms and depending whether you want the first initial or last initial bigger for example a/m S

It is encouraged to note the FULL name to avoid any confusion and we can just place them accordingly.

When will my order ship?

Turnaround time is currently as noted at the top of the website. This turnaround time includes, putting the design together, prepping, stitching and packaging. Add shipping to this turnaround. If you need an order by a specific date, please email to confirm turnaround time. 
 

What happens if I forget to note a detail in my order?

An attempt to contact you will be made to confirm details. If we do not hear back within 3 days your order will be cancelled. A 10% restock fee will be taken from the refund if no reply is made within the 3 days. 

Where can I find tracking information?

All tracking will be sent to you through email. If you do not receive an email please email us and we will reply back with your tracking confirmation.

What service do you use for shipping?

All packages will ship via USPS.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

No. We can only guarantee a ship by date. Once USPS has a hold of the package it is completely out of our hands. They have their own processing and we have no way of knowing if they are delayed or on time. Please plan accordingly and pick the shipping option that best fits your situation.

What if I need to change the ship to address?

Please make sure your address is correct before checking out. All packages returned back to The Olive Hatch will be resent at the expense of the buyer.

My package is lost/stolen! What happens now?

Once the package leaves our shop and USPS has a hold of the package, it is out of our hands. You can upgrade your shipping to include insurance by purchasing priority shipping.
